Yes, It was drawn by the user to provide more information about the structure of the table. I have tried without it, there was an alignment issue with the output (you can see it in the video as well when the user rearranges a couple of cells in excel sheet). The best here would be to give users the freedom to draw lines virtually (using some kind of lightweight editing tool) so that the results would be more accurate.
